239 Custom Builds is a tightly knit team and we limit ourselves to only working on a few different projects at a time.

 We pride ourselves on our relationship with our clients and keeping an open line of communication with them. We want to ensure that each Naples remodeling project meets every demand the homeowner has and the experience among our small, tightly knit team allows us to do this.

OUR STORY

239 Custom Builds was co-founded by two long since friends, Nathan Leedy and Brandon Escajadillo. Nathan attended Middlebury College where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics. Brandon has gone on to build his dream company and become in real time, a successful entrepreneur.

Originally, raised on a farm in Upstate NY, Woody moved to New Mexico as a teen ager.  After living in several places: Snowmass Colorado, San Francisco California, and Durango Colorado as a younger man, his family decided to move here to beautiful Southwest Florida.  Woody has lived in Bonita Springs in 1997 moving here ultimately so his daughter, Jesse, now 22, could get a great education, graduating from the Canterbury School and now completing her bachelor’s degree in Architecture at Middlebury College.   Woody started out as a finishing contractor earning his municipal license in 1998, then earning his Florida Certified Building Contractor license in 2004.  Today, he specializes in all phases of design/build services including new construction, renovations, & remodeling. his vision and desire are complimented with owner supervision on each job site. he will personally visit your jobsite, oversee, and provide appropriate management.   His background is in construction management and business administration complimented by 22 years of local experience becoming a licensed builder & remodeler in 2005.  He has a superior understanding of all aspects of real estate, design, and construction management specializing in division nine finishing along with about 100 completed projects in the local area.  He prides himself on his work ethic and integrity.  His attitude of customer service is unequaled and he revels in the opportunity to be of service to his customers.
